Morice Campbell - known online as “4xBrian” - is a trading educator and Deriv master partner whose work centres on helping people understand the markets. He became a Deriv partner in June 2020 after discovering the platform through synthetic indices, particularly volatility trading. What began with around 10 people learning from his approach had grown to more than 1,000 clients across the Caribbean by the time of his Partner Spotlight interview.
His teaching starts with the kind of support he wanted when he was learning: someone to explain the process clearly, one step at a time. Through a free Telegram education group and regular Zoom sessions, Morice shares chart setups, market insights, and the thinking behind his decisions. He guides learners from the basics toward more advanced concepts and, as a master partner, also trains other partners to develop their understanding and guide communities of their own.
Trading psychology is part of that education. Morice encourages learners to examine their understanding, reactions, and decisions rather than assume the market or broker is working against them. His perspective - “It’s really a you versus you game” - brings attention to how traders respond to the markets as well as how they analyse them.
His community first grew through recommendations before he began using Meta ads to reach a wider audience. An early focus on sharing profits taught him that results without context could make trading appear easy and create unrealistic expectations. He shifted his content toward explaining the process, making his teaching style the foundation of his outreach.
